PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Everything residents tell you, with AI
A resident reports a pothole from their phone.
Another signs up for a council workshop.
A third proposes an improvement for their street.
Everything is handled from a single place. The AI prepares the drafts and the council officer simply validates and sends.

HOW IT WORKS
From intake to reply
Suggestions, enquiries, incidents and complaints all come in the same way. The AI classifies them, routes them by area and drafts the reply, which reaches the citizen as a push alert or by email.

AI to answer better and in less time
Not a separate chat: it appears inside the screen where the work is already happening, and it always asks for confirmation before acting.
-
The day’s summary
What to handle first, ready for staff when they open the screen.
-
Orders in plain language
Find a case, check a free room, draft a reply. It always asks for confirmation first.
-
Incidents from a photo
Suggests the title, the description and the category by looking at the image.
-
Drafts with memory
Classifies the enquiry by department and drafts from what the council has answered before.
-
Programmes in PDF
Reads the document and leaves the activities ready to review.
-
Chatbot for residents
When it does not have the answer, it admits it and offers to open an enquiry.
-
New FAQs
Suggested out of whatever the chatbot could not answer.
-
Basque translation
Helps keep both languages without duplicating the work.
The AI proposes, the technician decides
No council reply to a case goes out without a person having reviewed it. The exception is the chatbot, which does answer on its own — and when it does not know something it admits it instead of making it up.
- It shows Whatever the AI wrote appears on screen, marked as such.
- It switches off Each function is disabled on its own, without touching the rest.
- Nothing depends on it With everything off the system still works: it goes back to being done by hand.
- The AI does not assign Who resolves each incident is decided by the category and the point on the map: written, auditable rules, not a model.
The whole town, within reach
News, signing up for activities, incidents, participatory processes… all from the same place. With proactive alerts.
